Makayla and Mommy
A couple of good friends gave me some good advice. They said to ease some of the jealousy of the new baby that I should spend some special time with Makayla...just the two of us. I took that advice to heart. I wanted to take her to do something that she would love and that I would love to watch her do. Nothing ordinary like going to the park or feeding the ducks...something more. So we went to the 'Artsy Fartsy' studio to paint ceramics. She chose a heart shaped box. And of course she chose pink and purple paint. As you can see...she really loved it. And so did I.

I think that's a wonderful idea! Looks like you guys had a great time. I can't wait to see the finished product!
PS... we think that Lorelei will be a lefty also! WEIRD!
