Obviously I'm doing something wrong because my right knee is already in pain. It's the inside part on my knee near the knee cap. I've looked online and it sounds like runner's knee but seriously how can that be after running just 4 times.
Well this is what my footprint looks like:
My arch is super high. This also means my foot rolls out and my knees don't really cushion my steps very well. I have arch supports inside my shoes for this but maybe it's not good enough for running.
So should I go get a pair of running shoes that are made for someone with feet like me? Or should I keep going the way I am and hope I don't injure my knee? Does the right shoe really make a big difference?
