Well it depends I guess on your idea of 'better'.
- Raisin Bran has 19g of sugar, but 7g of fiber while Trix has 12g of sugar, but only 1 g of fiber.
- Lucky Charms is the better of these two with less sugar and less calories.
- Life wins with slightly less calories and sugar and a little more fiber. But it doesn't win by much. Cinnamon toast crunch is still better than Raisin Bran.
