Golden Potato Soup
3 cups potatoes, cubed
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 chicken bullion cube
1 cup water
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 teaspoons flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups shredded colby/monteray jack
1 cup chopped ham
In large pot, add potatoes through parsley and simmer until veggies are tender (about 15 minutes). In a separate bowl, mix flour and milk, then add to veggie mix. Stir in cheese and ham. Salt and pepper to taste.
